Return and Refund Policy for Local Purchases
Returns:
No goods may be returned after a cash sale or credit sales invoice has been generated.
Warranty Period:
Each product has an 18-month warranty period that begins on the original purchase date.
Warranty:
Nanodas warrants that this product will be free of defects in material and workmanship on the date of original purchase. If this product is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, it will be exchanged or repaired at Nanodas’ discretion.
Warranty Procedure:
During the warranty period, complete the End User Supplies Warranty Claim Form, attach a print sample illustrating the defect, and return the product to the place of original purchase along with proof of purchase and the completed Warranty Claim Form. If the End User Warranty Claim Form is unavailable, please provide your name, address, phone number, place of purchase, a brief description of the problem, and a printed sample, and return the product to the original place of purchase along with proof of purchase. If you purchased the product directly from Nanodas, you must return it to Nanodas to receive warranty service.
Limitation of Liability:
Warranty service does not include repair or exchange when the problem is the result of an accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, neglect, non-Nanodas modification (including refilling, tampering, or remanufacturing), improper storage, malfunctioning equipment, laser printer cartridges that are simply empty as a result of normal use, or normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty service. Customer application, printer contrast settings, operating environments, printer condition, and paper type are all factors that influence character or page yield, which is not covered by warranty service.
Other Information:
The above warranties are exclusive, and no other warranty, expressed or implied, is expressed or implied, and Nanodas expressly disclaims any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or satisfactory quality.
Limitation of Remedies:
The performance of warranty service by Nanodas shall be your sole remedy under this Statement of Limited Warranty. You may recover actual damages up to the limits specified in the following paragraph for any claim concerning Nanodas’ performance or nonperformance under this statement or for any claim related to this product.
Nanodas’ liability to you for damages arising from or related to this Statement of Limited Warranty or any other claim related to this product shall be limited to the amount paid for the product at the time of original purchase. In no event will Nanodas be liable to you for any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages, even if 1) Nanodas, 2) a Nanodas Authorized Reseller (Agent), or 3) any other reseller who purchased this product from a Nanodas Authorized Wholesaler was advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claims you make based on a third-party claim.
Default:
If the buyer fails to perform any or all of the provisions of this agreement, the seller may cancel any outstanding orders from the buyer and declare all remedies provided by Ethiopia’s uniform commercial code and any other applicable law. Furthermore, the buyer is liable for the seller’s expenses incurred in exercising any available remedies, including reasonable attorney’s fees and legal expenses. All unpaid obligations will accrue interest at the contract rate specified in the payment terms above.
Return and Refund Policy for International Purchases
Returns:
Any returned item must be in its original condition and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. Please allow a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund. Please contact us at sales@nanodas.com to approve a return, exchange, or refund.
