Our policy for defective or incompatible products.

Unopened compatible cartridges may be returned within 7 days if the product does not match the listed specifications.

Opened toner products cannot be returned unless defective. Contact support with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
